When you get a refund
If payment succeeds but the data bundle is not delivered, you receive a full refund or a re-delivery — your choice.
When we cannot refund
Bundles delivered to an incorrect number supplied by you cannot be reversed once credited. Please double-check the number at checkout.
How to request one
Contact support with your Order ID within 7 days of the transaction. Approved refunds are processed within 3-5 working days to the original payment method.
