By placing an order on DataFlex you confirm that the phone number you provide is correct and that you are authorised to purchase data for it. Bundles are delivered to the exact number entered at checkout.
2. Pricing
Prices are shown in Ghana Cedis and include all applicable charges. We may update bundle pricing at any time; the price shown at checkout is the price you pay.
3. Delivery
Most bundles are delivered within seconds. Delivery may be delayed by network outages or maintenance beyond our control.
4. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Notify support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
5. Acceptable use
Fraudulent orders, chargeback abuse and attempts to interfere with the platform will result in account suspension.
6. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
